The integration syncs new donors going forward from when you connect your account. Reach out to support if you need help reconciling existing lists.

Ideali automatically tags donors based on giving behavior — like donation frequency, amount, and campaign — so they land in relevant groups in Constant Contact without manual work. From there, you can build additional custom segments directly in Constant Contact using any of its native tools.

The integration itself is included with your Ideali account at no additional charge. Note that Constant Contact has its own separate pricing for your email marketing plan — Ideali doesn't add any extra cost on top of that.

Go to Settings in the left sidebar, click Connectors, then click Add Integration. Choose Constant Contacts in the popup Window.
